Product Description
High density polyethylene is white powder or granular products. Non-toxic, tasteless, crystallinity of 80% ~ 90%, softening point of 125 ~ l 35 ºC, the use of temperature up to 100 ºC; hardness, tensile strength and creep is better than low-density polyethylene; abrasion resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance is better; chemical stability is good, at room temperature, insoluble in any organic solvents, resistant to acid, alkali and a variety of salts of corrosion; film on the permeability of water vapour and air Small film permeability to water vapour and air, low water absorption; poor aging resistance, resistance to environmental stress cracking is not as good as low-density polyethylene, especially thermal oxidation will make its performance decline, so the resin must be added to the antioxidant and ultraviolet absorber to improve the shortcomings in this regard.
