PA12 is mainly used in water meters and other commercial equipment, optical fibers, cable sleeves, mechanical cams, automobiles, sliding mechanisms and bearings, etc. Also used for: automobile fuel delivery pipes, automobile brake pipes, air conditioning pipes, air pressure equipment hoses, industrial high-pressure hydraulic pipes, pipe quick connectors, automobile anti-lock braking system solenoid shafts, precision gears, cams and bearings for sliding Department, copier anti-static rollers, anti-static capacitors and IC chip guide rails, optical cable sheaths, transparent pipes, self-adhesive wire paint, silencer gears, sports shoe soles, cable buckles, tennis racket buckles and many other aspects.

Drying treatment: The moisture content should be below 0.1% before processing. If the material is stored exposed to the air, it is recommended to dehumidify and dry at 80C for 4 to 8 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, it can be used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibration.
Melting temperature: 240~300ºC; for materials with ordinary properties, it should not exceed 310ºC, and for materials with flame retardant properties, it should not exceed 270ºC.
