PA66 plastic raw material is translucent, white or black crystalline polymeric polyamide resin, the English name is polyamide, or PA for short. Commonly known as Nylon, it is the general name for polymers containing amide groups in the repeating units of the macromolecular main chain. It is the variety with the largest output, the most varieties, and the most widely used among the five major engineering plastics.

Product performance

1. Excellent mechanical properties. Nylon has high mechanical strength and good toughness.
2. Good self-lubricating and friction resistance. Nylon has good self-lubricating properties and a small friction coefficient, so it has a long service life as a transmission component.
3. Excellent heat resistance. Highly crystalline nylons such as nylon 46 have a very high heat distortion temperature and can be used for a long time at 150°C. PA66 passes
After glass fiber reinforcement, its heat distortion temperature reaches above 250°C.
4. Excellent electrical insulation properties. Nylon has high volume resistance and high breakdown voltage resistance, making it an excellent electrical and electrical insulation material.
5. Excellent weather resistance.
6. Water absorbency. Nylon has high water absorption, and its saturated water absorption can reach more than 3%. Affects the dimensional stability of the parts to a certain extent.

1. In the automotive industry: PA66 glass fiber reinforced particles are often used to manufacture automotive shells and interiors, such as luggage racks, roof covers, doors, instrument panels and other components.
2. In the electronic and electrical industry: PA66 glass fiber reinforced particles are often used to make accessories such as electrical casings, sockets, cable sleeves and insulation parts.
