From the length classification can be divided into continuous glass fiber, short glass fiber (fixed length glass fiber) and long glass fiber (LFT). Glass fiber can increase the tensile strength and bending strength of plastics, increase the thermal deformation temperature, increase the modulus of the material, and reduce the shrinkage rate of the material.

Drying treatment:
Because PA6 easily absorbs moisture, special attention should be paid to drying before processing, and if the material is supplied in a waterproof packaging, the container should be kept airtight. If the humidity is greater than 0.2%, it is recommended to dry in hot air above 80° C for 16 hours. If the material has been exposed to air for more than 8 hours, it is recommended to vacuum dry at a temperature of 105 ° C for more than 8 hours.
Melting temperature:
230-280C, 250-280° C for enhanced varieties.
