Product Description

It is widely used in the fields of foamed shoe materials, functional shed films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.
1. EVA with a vinyl acetate content of less than 5% is mainly used for films, wires and cables, LDPE modifiers, adhesives, etc.;
2. EVA products with a vinyl acetate content of 5% to 10% are elastic films, etc.;
3. EVA with a vinyl acetate content of 20% to 28% is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products;
When the melt index MI is constant, the higher the vinyl acetate VA content, the higher its elasticity, softness, compatibility, transparency, etc.; when the VA content decreases, its performance is close to that of polyethylene PE, with increased rigidity, wear resistance, and electrical insulation.
When the VA content is constant, the melt index (MI) increases, the softening point decreases, the processability and surface gloss improve, but the strength decreases. Otherwise, as the MI decreases, the molecular weight increases, and the impact performance and environmental stress cracking resistance improve.
The characteristics of EVA are good softness, rubber-like elasticity, good flexibility at -50°C, transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, good anti-aging and ozone resistance, non-toxicity, good compatibility with fillers, colorability and molding processability.
