Product Description

Product grade
PC is a linear carbonic polyester in which carbonic acid groups are alternately arranged with other groups in the molecule. These groups can be aromatic, aliphatic, or both. Bisphenol A type PC is the most important industrial product.

Polycarbonate is colorless and transparent, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, flame-retardant BI grade, and has good mechanical properties within normal operating temperatures. Compared with polymethyl methacrylate, which has properties close to polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate has good impact resistance, high refractive index, good processing performance, and has UL94 V-2 flame retardant properties without the need for additives.

1. Mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, and small creep (very few changes under high temperature conditions);
2. Heat aging resistance: The enhanced UL temperature index reaches 120~140ºC (the long-term outdoor aging resistance is also very good);
3. Solvent resistance: no stress cracking;
4. Stability to water: Easily decomposes when exposed to water at high temperatures (use with caution in high temperature and high humidity environments);
5. Electrical performance:
6. Insulation performance: excellent (electrical properties can be maintained stable even in humid and high temperatures, making it an ideal material for manufacturing electronic and electrical parts);
7. Dielectric coefficient: 3.0-3.2;
8. Arc resistance: 120s;
9. Molding processability: Injection molding or extrusion with ordinary equipment.
