Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) can be continuously extruded to extrude PEEK bars, PEEK films, PEEK sheets, PEEK pipes and PEEK monofilament. PEEK profiles can then be used to process PEEK products into parts required by various industries.

 

 

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is an extension film with low crystallinity, and generally needs to be combined with carbon fiber, glass fiber, melamine fiber and other materials for use. Uncompounded polyether ether ketone (PEEK) films can be stretched and heat treated to increase strength and heat resistance. After stretching and heat treatment, the melting point of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) film is 80ºC higher than that of PET film, the strength is similar to that of homobenzene-type polyimide film Kapton, and the moisture resistance and chemical resistance are better than Kapton.
