Product Description

1. The density of PA66/CF composites is less than 1.3, which achieves the purpose of lightweight and is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.

2. PA66/CF composite system, the length of CF is about 0.5 ~ 0.7 mm, PA66 matrix and carbon fiber interface is fully combined, nylon 66 is better wrapped around the carbon fibers, PA66/CF samples fracture surface is rougher, PA66/CF composites for toughness materials.

3. Compared with PA66, the mechanical properties of PA66/CF composites are all substantially improved. When 4 bundles of CF were added, the PA66/CF tensile strength reached 200.2 MPa, which was about 130% higher than the original sample of nylon 66, and the elongation at break was 3.3%; the bending strength reached 280.2 MPa, which was about 211% higher than that of PA66, and the bending modulus reached 13560.8 MPa, which was about 362% higher than that of PA66.
