The main PPSU  is a linear polymer with a slight amber color. The relative density is 1.24, the water absorption (24h) is 0.22%, the molding shrinkage rate is 0.7%, the melting temperature is 190ºC, the glass transition temperature is 150ºC, the thermal deformation temperature is (1.82MPa)174ºC, the continuous use temperature is -100ºC~+150ºC, and the tensile strength is 71.54MPa. Bending strength 105.8MPa, compression strength 95.1MPa, tensile modulus 2.5GPa, notched impact strength 6.9-7.8kJ/m2, volume resistivity 10e15Ω? cm. Polysulfone material has good rigidity and toughness, temperature resistance, heat resistance to oxidation, excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance to inorganic acid, alkali and salt solution, ion radiation resistance, non-toxic, good insulation and self-quenching, easy molding and processing.
