Product Description
PA6 is a milky white or slightly yellow transparent to opaque horny crystalline polymer, which can be freely colored. It has good toughness, wear resistance, self-lubrication, low rigidity, low-temperature resistance, bacteria resistance, slow burning, and slow extinguishing when removed from the fire. Dripping and bubbling phenomena, molding processability: injection molding, blow molding, casting, spraying, powder molding, machining, welding, bonding. PA6 is the PA with the highest water absorption rate, poor dimensional stability, and affects electrical properties (breakdown voltage). The maximum operating temperature of PA6 can reach 180°C. After adding the impact modifier, it will drop to 160°C. With 15%-50% glass fiber reinforcement, it can be raised to 199°C. Inorganic-filled PA can increase its heat deformation temperature.
