Product Description

POM has the following properties:
1. POM has a smooth and glossy surface, it is a hard and dense material, the thin-walled part may be translucent.
2. POM has high mechanical strength and rigidity, specific strength and specific stiffness close to metal, excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance and wear resistance.
3. the heat distortion temperature of POM is 172ºC, the long-term use temperature does not exceed 100ºC, in a short period of time, such as in the case of a small force, the use temperature can reach 140ºC.
 4. POM has general stability to acid and alkali, easy to decompose, decomposition temperature is about 280 degrees, decomposition produces irritating odor.
5. POM has good electrical properties, almost unaffected by temperature and humidity, is a good insulating material
6. POM has good dimensional stability in humid environments, not easy to absorb moisture, water absorption rate of 0.22 to 0.25%.
